This introduces the "count" meta-parameter on resources. You can now do this:
And Terraform will handle creating 5 of those for you. You can then decrease/increase that count as you wish and it will do the right thing. You can reference aggregates of attributes using a special new syntax. Adding to above:

*.idvariable format says "get me the IDs of all the webs" and will return a comma-separated list of that attribute. For now, it is up to the provider to handle these potential comma-separated values, but there might be room here for a helper. @pearkes can help educate here...Anyways, there you have it!
